Learning objectives:
- To acquire professional accreditation for the management of residential and care centres and human resources management in the general field of gerontology.
- To learn to manage a residential centre and other gerontological care resources.
- To identify the characteristics and requirements of the users of the various institutions with a view to offering quality personalized care.

Recommended applicant profiles and admission requirements:
Degree or diploma holders (previous experience in the management of centres and gerontology resources is not required.

Directors, managers and management staff working in residential homes and other care facilities.

Professionals working in gerontological services.

Admission for applicants not holding a degree qualification:
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
