Learning objectives:
- To learn the philosophical, theoretical and practical principles of mindfulness and compassion.
- To develop full awareness and mindfulness in life situations as a basis of personal well-being.
- To learn tools to work on specific dimensions of mindfulness and compassion (acceptance, awareness, present moment, non-judgement).
- To be able to boost empathy, self-compassion and compassion in professionals associated with care relations.
- To develop emotional self-regulation.
- To promote resilience and personal growth in difficult life situations.

- Professionals in the areas of education, psychology and educational psychology.
- Professionals who work in support tasks: therapists, consultants, coaches and counsellors.
- Professionals who work in health care and promotion.
- Professionals in the social area (social work, social education).
- Any professional in the area of emotional intelligence who carries out tasks relating to human relations.
Admission for applicants not holding a degree qualification:
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
