Learning objectives:
- To acquire training as middle managers in the specific business management tools and management skills for running small and medium-sized mixed restaurant and retail businesses, such as establishments in motorway service stations, airports, stations, etc.
- To gain essential knowledge in management and digital transformation applied to establishments that are combinations of restaurants and shops selling food items and other products.
- To gain knowledge of the specific factors required to manage these mixed establishments that combine the activities of restaurants and shops.

- Active professionals who wish to develop management skills in the management of restaurants and retail establishments.
- Candidates who are already working in this sector, but wish further their careers.
- Other active professionals in business management who need to specialise in areas of catering and the retail trade.
Admission requirements: Interview with the course director, and submission of a curriculum vitae and statement of interest.
Admission for applicants not holding a degree qualification:
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
