Learning objectives:
- To incorporate a holistic approach to ageing and longevity with new focuses based on nutrition, supplements, rest and physical exercises as the cornerstones of healthy ageing.
Recommended applicant profiles and admission requirements:
Graduates in pharmacy, nutrition and nursing who wish to train in this discipline and cannot currently enter the master's degree in Anti-Ageing and Longevity Medicine. The expectations of the programme and what it could contribute to each professional profile are summed up as:
- Nutritionists: to learn the impact of nutrition and supplements on people's ageing and understand the tools of this discipline that help people to age in a healthy way.
Pharmacists: to learn the latest treatments and cosmetics that could revert or treat diseases relating to ageing.
- To nurses: to learn the latest interventions and the latest guidelines to resolve patients' doubts that could arise in relation to ageing and quality of life.
