Learning objectives:
- To understand technical and theoretical advances in the area of management and leadership skills.
- To train in consultancy skills, the analysis of teams and the development of people and teams.
- To be able to assess the productivity and performance of teams.
- To be able to apply team development methodologies.
- To increase social-emotional abilities and skills and task leadership.

Recommended applicant profiles and admission requirements:
- Holders of the postgraduate or master's degree in Group Analysis and Leadership or the postgraduate or master's degree in Self-Leadership and Group Leadership.
- Professionals or academics with accredited training in the field of groups and leadership of teams, and people with related qualifications.

Admission for applicants not holding a degree qualification:
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
