Learning objectives:
- To develop the main investment strategies in the real estate market.
- To acquire the main techniques for selling houses.
- Analyse different ways of managing an association of property owners.
- To study the main ways of transforming land.
- To learn to assess the viability of a real estate development.
- To study the basic types of real estate contracts.
- To understand investment in student residences, residential homes, shopping centres and hotels, etc.

- Real estate agents.
- Real Estate Agents.
- Property Valuers.
- Consultants and Real Estate Agents.
- Administration of Estates.
- Property Developers.
- Anybody who wants to work in real estate consultancy, administration, promotion and investment.

Access requirements: hold a university degree, diploma or equivalent university qualification (in this case, graduates will obtain a master's degree), have experience in activities related to real estate or intend to work in this field.

Admission for applicants not holding a degree qualification:
Students who are not university graduates may be admitted on these courses. These students will be eligible for a university extension course certificate.Information regarding the entry requirements in this case can be obtained from the course coordinators.
