Objectives and competences

Objectives

Aucouturier psychomotor therapy is a body mediation practice that by establishing relationships mobilises the child's sensory system, their muscle tone, motor skills, emotional experience and imagination.

The practice and organization of this training is grounded in the unitary conception of the individual, the representation of the corporeal image, psychological growth through movement, analysis of motor and affective and symbolic dysfunctions and disorders.

The aim of the master's degree is for students to reach a professional competence to intervene in these therapeutic contexts: education, health, social and clinical fields.

This process is divided into three areas: body training, theoretical training, pedagogical training and psychosocial training.
