ECOSYSTEMS IN DIGITAL LEARNING: INNOVATION IN TRAINING (2023-2024)

Learning objectives:
-To analyse the training needs of a group using innovative tools and propose an initial solution.
- To be able to detect training needs.
-To identify the user profile.
- To be able to analyse opportunities and understand the context.
- To compare good practices and innovative examples.
- To draw up the structure of a training proposal.
- Recognise the principles of neuroeducation.
- To gain the ability to personalise learning.
- To be able to use techniques that encourage motivation (simulations and gamification).
- To be able to propose improvements for existing training proposals, with a focus on user experience.
-To compare digital formats of elearning, blended learning and its most innovative forms of expression.
- To know how to identify and apply tools and resources to the digitalisation of training, to take the utmost advantage of their potential.
- To be able to improve a training proposal through the process of digitalisation (blended learning, elearning and other agile and nano formats).

- Professionals in charge of learning design and management in all kinds of organizations and educational contexts.
- Promoters of change who want to work on trends relating to innovation and its local and supra local impact.

Admission for applicants not holding a degree qualification:
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
