4th Annual Workshop INSA-UB: “Science and properties of cava and wine”

New edition of this session aiming to become a meeting point for members of the Institute for Nutrition and Food Safety (INSA-UB) and other researchers of the scientific field around the central theme, covered from a transverse and multidsciplinary perspective. In this occasion, the object of study will be wine and cava.
