Participants are Joan Vallès, professor of Botany at the University of Barcelona and member of IRBio and the Section of Biological Sciences of the Institute for Catalan Studies; Ana Correro, member of the cooperative Arran de Terra, and Marta Guadalupe Rivera, from the Chair on Agricultural Ecology and Food Systems of the University of Vic - Central University of Catalonia. The session will be chaired by Esther Vivas, journalist and sociologist on agri-food policies.
