The chef Ferran Adrià opened on Monday, together with the rector of the University of Barcelona, the course in Els Juliols, Sapiens, la metodologia dʼEl Bulli Foundation (Sapiens, El Bulli Foundation methodology), in which the team of El Bulli Lab will present the Sapiens methodology and the projects of El Bulli Foundation so as to present a profession, a company, field, discipline and sector. This course takes place from the 17th to the 20th of July during the morning, at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Barcelona.

Adrià thanked the University of Barcelona for “the opportunity to tell everything we have done during these four years in El Bulli” and the rector Elias highlighted that “this course is the best place to learn about innovation-related issues with a natural innovator, such as Ferran Adrià”. The Sapiens methodology is used to improve both the efficiency and the results related to creativity and innovation, and to connect knowledge to make innovation more efficient.
