On November 17 and 18, the rectors of the member universities of the League of European Research Universities (LERU) gathered at the Lund University (Sweden) in the 33rd Rectorsʼ Assembly. During the meeting, they treated several topics related to research in the EU, education and innovation. Some of the most commented on ones were open science, artificial intelligence and economic impact of research-intensive universities -regarding the Biggar report to be presented in early December- in Europe.

On November 17 and 18, the rectors of the member universities of the League of European Research Universities (LERU) gathered at the Lund University (Sweden) in the 33rd Rectorsʼ Assembly. During the meeting, they treated several topics related to research in the EU, education and innovation. Some of the most commented on ones were open science, artificial intelligence and economic impact of research-intensive universities -regarding the Biggar report to be presented in early December- in Europe.

Moreover, this November took place the meeting of the LERU Law Deans Group, in which Mar Campins, vice-dean of the Faculty of Law of the UB, was nominated as a member of the steering group. Also, the UB hosted the meeting of the LERU Information & Open Access Policy Group, in which Ignasi Labastida, from CRAI, attended as a representative of the University.
