The University of Barcelona launches its dissemination series “A bord del Beagle”

“A bord del Beagle” is the name for the new audiovisual series of the University of Barcelona. The episodes of this series give voice to the teaching and research staff of the UB who try to answer current affair issues in a disseminating way. Since we changed into winter time on October 28, the first video is dedicated to this question. The lecturer from the Faculty of Economics and Business of the UB, Jordi Ojeda, analyses the fact of having a summer and a winter time when it comes to societyʼs productivity.
With "A bord del Beagle", the University of Barcelona intends to offer a key to understand current issues from an academic perspective as well as to contribute to a clear reading of these facts. The series, created by the Communication Unit and Audiovisual Services, will be broadcasted via Youtube and the UB social networks.
