Tickets for the Christmas Concert, available on Monday
On the 13th and 14th of December, the Paranimph of the Historical Building will hold the traditional Christmas Concert offered by the UB as part of the 32nd Cycle of Music at the University, organized by the Vice-Rectorʼs Office of Arts, Culture and Heritage. Since there is a high demand, the general rehearsal will be open to the public on the 12th of December -until maximum capacity of the room is reached. All concerts begin at 8 p.m. and doors will open thirty minutes prior to the beginning. Tickets are not numbered.

This year, the program presents Charles Gounodʼs Solemn St Celicia Mass, CG 56, in a concert conducted by Carles Gumí and played by the Orchestra of the University of Barcelona, the Choir of the University of Barcelona and the Schola Cantorum Universitaria Barcinonensis.

The sessions for the Christmas Concert are open to the general public. Entrance is free but there is limited capacity. Tickets (maximum two per person) can be obtained from Monday, December 10, onwards, online via the website Cultura de la UB, or in person, at the UB Store in the Historical Building (from 9.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.), until maximum capacity is reached.
