Dates to submit candidatures at the Awards to excellent dissemination activities
The last day to submit candidatures for the seventh call of the UB Awards to excellent dissemination activities on human and social sciences is November 15. This prize is awarded by the Doctorsʼ Senate and the Social Board of Trustees of the UB. It is aimed at the doctors of the University who contributed in a relevant way to the dissemination of sciences, technique, training, culture and ideas, through media and cultural institutions.

The award, which is held every year, aims to honor and highlight the outreach of the doctoral staff of the UB for their career and experience regarding dissemination and opinion activities that involve remarkable contributions to the several fields of sciences and humanities, and which helped to show, share and value knowledge and the scientific, technical and social values the University of Barcelona wants to promote. This is the seventh edition of the prize, which was awarded to the geneticists David Bueno and Gemma Marfany last year.
