The University of Barcelona has opened the international mobility calls for the UB students who wish to study abroad during the academic year 2020/2021. Applications can be submitted until next January 10.

These exchange agreements signed by the UB offer the opportunity to study in an international university, out of the eight hundred universities from 57 countries worldwide. These stays can last one or two semesters, as part of the Erasmus+ program and the bilateral agreements signed by the UB or any of its faculties. During this academic year, more than a thousand students are expected to take this international mobility opportunity.

Requirements and procedure

In order to apply, it is necessary to have coursed more than 60 academic credits or the first complete course of the respective degree. The exchange programs guarantee reciprocity, so all students who participate in the program do not have to pay for enrolment fees in the host university. Moreover, the incorporation of passed credits in the academic records is guaranteed, as well as in the European Diploma Supplement.

Furthermore, students with special needs who wish to apply for an international mobility program can ask for advice on the complementary funding for the program and other information of interest in the corresponding website of the Office for Mobility and International Programs.
