This is the second session of the new edition of the cycle #DebatsUB, which started last November with the roundtable “The sentence by the Supreme Court: juridical analysis”. There was a first edition of this cycle with a total of seven sessions last academic year.

#DebatsUB respond to the Universityʼs will of becoming a meeting point for the different sensitivities of our society and to promote debate and words to favour the understanding of conflicts and contribute to its solution. At the same time, it provides an academic view of the social worries of citizens, giving analytical tools and promoting collective thinking. The first three sessions of the first edition of #DebatsUB have been compiled in a volume published by Editions and Publications of the UB. The corresponding books for the other sessions of this cycle will be published soon.
