In memory of the victims of the traffic accident in Freginals
On March 20, 2016, four years ago, a traffic accident in Freginals (Montsià, Tarragona) caused thirteen casualties and more than thirty injured people, when fifty Erasmus students from twenty different countries were going back to Barcelona after a short stay in Valencia. The thirteen victims were Erasmus students of the UB.
The University of Barcelona pays tribute to the victims this year as well, and expresses its support to the family members, when circumstances make it impossible for the institution to pay tribute in person.
