Character and tenderness in Els Vespres dʼHivern
Els Vespres d'Hivern hold its sixth edition with the achieved goal of every year, sharing some of the most particular and charismatic proposals of the emerging Catalan music scene. This year, following these criteria, the program includes two projects with their name: Lu Rois and Anna Andreu, who outstand for their sensitivity and skills in the art of writing songs. The performances will take place on Thursdays, February 4 and 18, at 8 p.m., in the Paranimph of the Historical Building of the University of Barcelona.
Despite the pandemic, the organization of Els Vespres tried to keep the cycle in order to support the culture of music and the emerging artists of this country. This editionʼs format follows a mixt model. Performances can be seen face-to-face, with limited room capacity and the health rules of the moment. Also, people can follow these performances online through previous registration in the website of Els Vespres.
Reservation of invitations to attend the concerts in the Paranimph and previous registrations for the live virtual concerts must be made at the website of Els Vespres.

The Singer, pianist and songwriter from Sabadell presents Microcosmos, her third album. Songs revolving around motherhood, in all its ways, and where we can find an adult Lu Rois, who changed regarding her personal side and the lyrics and music. Guided by an initiation and discovery stimuli, she sings joy and sensitivity to a new life. Invitations will be available from January 28 on.

The co-leader of the band Cálido Home debuts as a solo singer with the album Els mals costums, a project full of warmness and magic, precious lyrics and beautiful melodies. A first album that has been well welcomed by the audience and which surprises us due to its strength. The voice and guitar are brought to us by Anna Andreu, who is accompanied by Marina Arrufat, playing the drums. Invitations will be available from February 11 on.
This cycle counts on the collaboration of Moritz. Mireia Madroñero is in charge of the artistic direction and coordination, and Bankrobber is in charge of the production.
