#UBicat is the name of a set of virtual activities so that future students of the University of Barcelona solve their doubts and questions on the university life and the 74 bachelorʼs degrees it offers. From March 17 on, there is an activity called Preguntaʼm, a chat where every Wednesday, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., students of each of the UB bachelorʼs degrees answer questions made by students of high schools and training cycles.

Inspiraʼm is another activity in the program, to take place until April 9. It is thought for those students under the process of choosing their studies. There will be a session for each of the UB bachelorʼs degrees: a current student of the mentioned studies will chair a talk where a former student will share his or her university experience and how useful it was professionally, and a lecturer will share the strengths of the studies.

From April 12 to 16, there will be the open virtual days of the different faculties of the UB. These online sessions will feature a presentation of the faculties and their services, and a presentation of their bachelorʼs degrees. The participating students will solve doubts on the chat.

TAlso, until April, there will be online visits of the UB teaching staff to more than 200 secondary education centers that applied through the activity La UB sʼapropa(The UB comes closer). UB lecturers offer an informative talk about the University and its studies, and provide tools and resources to ease the adaption to the university life and the bachelorʼs degree the students choose.

The future university students have registered, in Febrary and until March 18, in the activity Apropaʼt, a general talk to present the University of Barcelona and its studies, given by the experts of the Student Support Services.

With these activities, and the participation in the virtual fair UNIferia, held between February 22 and 24, the University of Barcelona shares its offering of 74 bachelorʼs degrees, which range different fields of knowledge. This year, the offering features the new bachelorʼs degree on Digital Business and Innovation in Tourism, given by CETT, UB affiliated centre.
