Humanization of health and business, topic in the Women 360º Congress
The Paraninph of the UB hosts a new edition of the Women 360º Congress, the congress on health, wellness and business for managers and entrepreneurs. This year, the theme of the meeting is "Humanizing and leading health and business". Among the participants in one of the roundtables is the vice-rector for Academic Policy and Quality of the UB, Pilar Delgado, who talks about training as an essential strategy to humanize the health system.

Currently, there are UB researchers working in this area of humanization. IL3-UB also offers a master's degree in Humanization of Health Care: Patients, Families and Professionals.
The opening of the Congress is carried out by Rosa Cuscó, director of the Women 360º Congress, accompanied by Meritxell Budó, secretary for Healthcare Assistance and Participation from the Department of Health of the Catalan Government, and the vice-rector for Equal Opportunities and Gender of the University of Barcelona, Montse Puig. The rector of the UB, Joan Guàrdia, presides over the closing of the meeting.
The Women 360º Congress is co-organized by the Institute for Lifelong Learning of the University of Barcelona (IL3-UB). Also, like every year, the initiative counts on the participation of entities from Barcelona such as the Barcelona City Council, the School of Pharmacists, the Official School of Nursing and the Medical School, as well as Promotion of Work and TIC Salut Social Foundation, apart from other businesses.
