XREPP Course "Topics in East Asian economic history"

XREPP jointly with the UB School of Economics organizes the course “Topics in East Asian economic history”. The lecturer is Prof. John Tang, senior lecturer at the Australian National University (ANU).

This course will introduce topics on the comparative development of the East Asian economies of China and Japan in historical perspective. Major themes include institutional development and persistence, technology adoption, market integration, and international trade.
