I got my BA (Llicenciatura) at the University of Barcelona, and my Ph.D. at the Linguistics and Philosophy Department of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (1997). Since 2003, I am professor titular at the Philosophy Department of the University of Barcelona. My main research interests are in the Philosophy of Language, Pragmatics and Semantics; and also in Philosophy of Mind, Philosophy of Logic and Ethics.
