Presentation of the book ʻNoms de plantes. Corpus de fitonímia catalanaʼ

The personalities who participate in the presentation are: the rector of the University of Barcelona, Dídac Ramírez; the director general of Language Policy, Ester Franquesa; the director of TERMCAT, Jordi Bover; the director of the work, Joan Vallès; the botanists Josep Vigo and Ramon M. Masalles, and the philologists Ramon Solsona and Joan Veny.

Noms de plantes. Corpus de fitonímia catalana is the largest collection of Catalan plants names ever made. The collaboration of the University of Barcelona has been essential for the publication due to the research work carried out by authors, but also to the editorial coordination headed Publicacions i Edicions de la UB.
