Award ceremony of the Kangaroo Contest 2015

The Catalan minister of Education, Irene Rigau, and the rector of the University of Barcelona, Dídac Ramírez, chair the award ceremony of the contest.

The Kangaroo Contest, which has been carried out in Catalonia since 1996, aims at promoting mathematics learning. It is an activity fostered by the international association Le Kangourou sans Frontières. So far, the contest has been addressed to secondary and upper secondary education students, but this year the contest is also addressed to 5th and 6th levels of primary education, thanks to the support provided by the Catalan Ministry of Education and the Cellex Foundation.
