Book presentation ʻLa química de cada diaʼ

Presentation of the book La química de cada dia. Com la química ens ajuda a comprendre la cuina i moltes altres coses, by Claudi Mans. The event will be opened by David Bueno, lecturer at the Department of Genetics of the University of Barcelona and Director of the collection Catàlisi. There will also be the participation of Abel Mariné, lecturer at the Department of Nutrition and Bromatology of the UB, and the author of the book.
