Memorial ceremony for the victims of the traffic accident in Freginals
It has been a month since the bus accident happened in the town of Freginals, in Tarragona. The accident caused 13 deaths and more than 30 people injured- out of the 50 students in the bus. Around 50 Erasmus students from 20 different nationalities were coming back to Barcelona after a short stay in Valencia. On April 27 at 18h the University of Barcelona will hold a memorial for all the victims of this tragic accident to support all the families and friends, and thank the support from all the people. The President of the Catalan Government (Generalitat de Catalunya), Carles Puigdemont, and the Rector of the University of Barcelona will attend the ceremony. The event will take place in the Paranimph in the Historical Building (Gran Via 585) and it will be able to be watched online via live streaming in UBtv and from the Aula Magna.
