The concert series Els Vespres dʼHivern of the University of Barcelona comes back aiming to warm the nights in March. After the successful welcome of the first edition, last winter, and supported by the eleven summer editions, this session has now scheduled four concerts by Pavvla, Marina Herlop, Roger Puig and Joana Gomila Folk Souvenir. Following the initial purpose of the activity, all of these are emerging artists who outstand in the current music scene. Loyal to supporting, promoting and sharing musical projects that are making a name in the world, the series of performances opts for a wide range of styles and musical genres, with highly rigorous projects and a close and intimate staging.

March 16. Roger Puig

With the comeback of pop and between psychedelics and song-writing, the songs in Pícnic al búnquer, the first album of Roger Puig, are lyric marks that bring closeness and surrealist confusion with an essential and accomplice irony.
