Centre for Research on Citizenship and Civil Society (CISC)

The Centre for research on Citizenship and Civil Society (CISC) combines the resources of three UB research groups:

  • Sociology of Citizenship and Democracy, Department of Sociological Theory, Philosophy of Law and Social Sciences Methodology.
  • The Centre for Research on Economic and Social Affairs (CIES), Department of Economic Theory.
  • Some members of the group Analysis and Assessment of Public Policy, Department of Economic Policy.

CISC is a multidisciplinary group of researchers (economists, legal experts, sociologists and psychologists) from different fields of study with the common aim of creating quality research.
