This interdisciplinary centre is made up of UB researchers from the Departments of Sculpture, Social Psychology and Drawing, and by associate researchers who participate in various projects that are coordinated by the Centre. These associate researchers are attached to the University of Zaragoza, the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, the Complutense University of Madrid and the Portuguese Design Centre.

The focus of research undertaken at CR POLIS is the city, particularly in relation to urban sustainability, urban design and public art.
