Mundet Campus - University of Barcelona

The campus officially known as Mundet Campus - University of Barcelona began its activities with the certainty that it could provide the finest study conditions to the university community and, at the same time, offer a wide range of cultural activities for their leisure and enjoyment.

The set of facilities for teaching, research and services has been integrally designed to provide the communication systems needed for entirely satisfactory university work.

The Mundet Campus occupies 14.21 hectares, including 6 hectares of woodland and 60,868 sq m of buildings.

Extensive interior gardens and the nearby Collserola Mountains add to the special quality at Mundet.

In addition to its approximately 10,000 students, teaching and research staff and administrative and service staff, the Campus is also home to schools of the Barcelona provisional government and sporting facilities of Barcelona City Hall, which runs the Federació Catalana d’Esports per a Disminuïts Psíquics (ACELL).  All campus users have access to ACELL facilities.
