-Specialists in diet and nutrition and diploma holders in human nutrition and dietetics.
- Other professionals in health (medicine, nursing, pharmacy) or gastronomy.

ADMISSION FOR APPLICANTS NOT HOLDING A DEGREE QUALIFICATION:

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

- To gain broad knowledge of the vegetarian food model, from the perspective of history, anthropology, food and nutrition issues, and socioeconomic aspects.
- To analyse, create, and recommend correct dietary patterns for healthy and sick vegetarians.
