The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
- To acquire a broad understanding of the nutritional model of vegetarianism, including its history, anthropology, nutritional issues and socio-economic fields.
- To learn how to analyse, prepare and recommend suitable dietary habits for vegetarians, whether they are healthy or have an illness.
