LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

- To learn to educate sportspersons and their environment in proper eating habits.
- To acquire the knowledge and skills to draw up and advise on suitable dietary models for sports practice, in situations
training, pre-competition, competition and post-competition, and taking into consideration the specific needs of individual athletes.
