RECOMMENDED APPLICANT PROFILES AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Aimed at graduates in Psychology, Pedagogy, Teacher Training, Medicine and Speech Therapy, as well as students of the master's degree in Educational Psychology.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

- To develop a solid knowledge of the manifestations of autism, including good practices for its early detection, clinical diagnosis, neuropsychological assessment, neurobiology and the main associated cognitive dysfunctions.
- To know the intervention and treatment strategies based on scientific evidence to improve care and support for people with autism.
- To deepen knowledge about socio-community intervention, addressing socio-family care and person-centred planning throughout the life cycle, from childhood to adulthood.

  • Observations:
    The virtual classes of the postgraduate course begin in September 2025 and end at the beginning of April 2026, while the delivery of the final postgraduate project takes place during the month of May 2026. Timetable for classes (video conference): Friday, from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Timetable for monographic seminars (videoconference): one Tuesday every 15 days from 6 to 9 pm.
