Compliance with a mission carried out in the public interest (Organic Law 2/2023, of March 22, on the university system and Law 1/2003, of February 19, on Universities of Catalonia). |
Period of data storage |
Your data will be stored during the period required to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected and to determine any possible responsibilities deriving therefrom. A permanent record will be kept of the academic agreement, enrolment certificate and record of completed subjects and grades. |
| Recipients | The data recipients are the University itself, and, where applicable, those responsible for processing the data. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so. |
| Data subject rights | You can access your data and exercise your rights of rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and data portability by sending written notice to the General Secretary's Office of the University of Barcelona by ordinary mail (Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 585, 08007 Barcelona) or e-mail (secretaria.general@ub.edu), attaching a photocopy of your Spanish ID document (DNI/NIE) or other valid ID. |
| Data protection officer | If you consider that your rights have not been given due consideration, you may file a complaint with the University of Barcelona Data Protection Officer by ordinary mail (Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 585, 08007 Barcelona) or e-mail (protecciodedades@ub.edu). |
