REGISTRATION FEE

• Includes all Conference activities, networking sessions and meals.
• This his has to be paid upon registration by bank transfer.
• Cash payments are only possible in exceptional cases at a fee of 400 euros on the spot, unless otherwise agreed with the AMSE 2008
• The gala dinner is not included

CANCELLATION

• Cancellations must be sent in writing to AMSE 2008 by e-mail amse2008@ub.edu or by fax 34-93-4035254.
• If a cancellation is received by 5 May 2008, the registration fee minus and administration charges of 30% will be refunded after the conference.
• If a cancellation is received after the 6 May 2008 and/or the partipant fails to attend, the entire registration fee must be paid.
• Substitutes will be accepted at any time provided that AMSE 2008 is informed of the change.

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees. Please make sure that the name of the meeting and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer. If payment is made for more than one person or by a company please make sure all names are indicated.

After receipt of your payment of the registration fee, you will receive a written confirmation by e-mail.
