HumanSUBthreat project enters a new phase with new recruits

At the Brainlab, we are thrilled to welcome three new members to the team working on Dr. Domínguez-Borràs’ ERC project HumanSUBthreat.

The new team members are PhD candidates Mara Cean and Debora Lombardo, along with technician research assistant Despoina Kartsaki. They will join the team formed by Martina Cinca Tomás, Emmanouela Kosteletou and Anna Ortiz Barragan.

Mara Cean holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Bucharest, followed by a Master’s in Neurobiology and Health Psychology. She recently completed a second Master’s in Cognitive Neuroscience at Maastricht University.

Debora Lombardo earned her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan and completed a Master’s in Neuroengineering at the University of Genoa.

Despoina Kartsaki is a graduate in Psychology and Neuroscience with a keen interest in the neural mechanisms underlying perception, memory, and attention.

We warmly welcome Mara, Debora, and Despoina to the Brainlab team. Their diverse backgrounds and expertise will undoubtedly contribute to the success of the project.
