Welcome to the new Brainlab website!

We are thrilled to unveil our brand new look! After months of teamwork and creativity, the Brainlab – Cognitive Neuroscience Research Group at the University of Barcelona – is launching a redesigned logo and an entirely new website.

This fresh image reflects who we are today: a vibrant, multinational and interdisciplinary group including psychologists, biologists, engineers and physicists exploring the brain from multiple angles. Our group is led by six principal investigators, each heading an independent line of research—from speech processing in newborns to numerical cognition, from auditory threat perception to the genetics of musicality. Part of our research is conducted in collaboration with labs located worldwide, such as the University of Helsinki and University of Jyväskylä (Finland), the Fukushima Medical University (Japan), the University of Antwerp (Belgium), and the University of Salamanca (Spain).

In this new website, you will find all the information about our research lines our scientific publications and the our lab members. In addition, we will keep you up to date with all our latest news, open positions and advances.
