The first edition of the service learning subject shared by different bachelor’s degrees comes to an end

This year, twenty-five students from eleven different bachelor’s degrees are being trained in topics such as civic commitment through a subject with a service learning format, entirely focused on helping to resolve a social problem. The aim is to work on the problematic situation concerning the platja de les tres xemeneies in Sant Adrià del Besòs, which is closed because of pollution. Therefore, these students from the bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Nursing, Social Work, Pharmacy, Food Science and Technology, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Sociology and Environmental Sciences have joined forces with public bodies already fighting for the cause.
