Drug computational gastronomy
Computational gastronomy is an emerging discipline based on the application of (big)data science methodologies to study gastronomic data. Our interest is focused on the study of recipe books and compilations to understand relationships between ingredients in distinct culinary traditions and different historical periods using network science methods.
We are also working on the development of cured annotation methods to deal with gastronomic data like the list of ingredients in a recipe or the culinary and gastronomic relevant parts included in the description of the cured recipe.
