Objectives and admission

Learning objectives:
- Acquire a general, interdisciplinary understanding of administration and legal management techniques.
- Acquire a specialist, interdisciplinary understanding of administration and legal management, and the skills to identify specific legal provisions relevant to the work of high-ranking public officials and employees of other organizations operating in or providing services to the public sector.

Recommended applicant profiles and admission requirements:
- Staff working in public administrations or related businesses, and in businesses that provide services to public administrations or perform public services.
- Graduates in fields related to public management; especially holders of a degree in public management and administration or political and administrative sciences.
- Applicants with degrees in legal, political, economic and social sciences.
- Civil servants, public sector workers or people who wish to join the public sector, even if they have a qualification in other areas of knowledge.

Additional credit is given to those students who are enrolled in the university masters degree in Advanced Public Management and express a keen interest in obtaining the certificate of expertise.

The credits obtained for this course can be used towards the credit load for the university master's degree in Advanced Public Management.
