Registration

Registration for the Coma-ruga Workshop 2027 will be completed through the online registration platform.

The registration fee includes:

Access to all scientific sessions

Coffee breaks

Conference bag with documentation

Book of Abstracts

Welcome Cocktail

The registration fee does not include:

Accommodation

Travel expenses

Meals (except those included in the welcome cocktail)

Optional gala dinner, to be paid directly at the restaurant

All participants are responsible for their travel and living expenses.

Payment can be done by bank transfer or credit card. Instructions will be provided automatically during the online registration process.

Note: Prices shown in grey include the current Spanish VAT (21%).

The registration platform will guide you through the registration process, including participant information, invoicing details, invoicing information and payment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be sent by e-mail to comaruga@ub.edu .

Cancellation request received	Refund
Before 1 May 2027	70%
Between 1 May and 31 May 2027	50%
After 31 May 2027	No refund

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Any bank charges associated with the refund process may be deducted from the refunded amount.
