Anna Rafecas

Anna Rafecas Sogas obtained their philosophy degree at the University of Barcelona (2020). They obtained a research master’s degree in philosophy at the Radboud University in The Netherlands (2023) with a thesis on accelerationism and messianism. They are currently a PhD candidate (Predocs UB) at the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Barcelona. Under the direction of Dr. Josep Maria Esquirol and Dra. Mar Rosàs Tosàs, their research is interested in classical and contemporary theories of immanent critique and in the philosophy of praxis. They have been a visiting researcher at the University of Groningen (2025).
