In January 2025, LOGOS Senior member Alfonso García Lapeña was awarded a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Iceland.
Meanwhile, he has accepted a position as ‘profesor lector’ at the University of Barcelona and so will return from Iceland in September. Congratulations, Alfonso!
[February 2025] We lament the passing of our dear friend and colleague Francesc Pereña.
Francesc was a member of LOGOS for many, many years. His expertise in phenomenology, and his commitment as a colleague and teacher who trained some of us who are now LOGOS Seniors, enriched the group’s life and helped LOGOS prosper. He also played an important role in the launching of the APhil Master and PhD programme. We are indebted to him and grateful for all the years we shared.
