By bringing together diverse imaging tasks, datasets, and evaluation frameworks, the MAMA Challenges foster innovation and collaboration among researchers, clinicians, and industry experts to improve breast cancer detection, characterization, and management through encouraging cutting-edge computational approaches.
Building upon the success of MAMA-MIA Benchmark, we are excited to announce the MAMA-SYNTH challenge, focusing on synthesizing virtual contrast-enhanced breast MRI. This challenge is under consideration at the International Conference on Medical Image Computing and Computer-Assisted Intervention (MICCAI 2026) in October.
The inaugural MAMA-MIA challenge for Primary Tumor Segmentation and Pathologic Complete Response Prediction, hosted jointly with MICCAI 2025 and Deep Breath workshop has been officially concluded with remarkable participation from 26 international teams.
