Pre-Congress seminar Registration Form

In order to register for the II SEIDI National Congress, the following registration form should be filled in.

The congress registration fees include:

- Free access to all Congress sessions
- Documents and material
- Lunches and coffees of Congress sessions
- Touristic visit

At the start of the Congress, several registration vacancies will be available at the Secretariat of the Congress  from 8,30 to 10,00 am.  

Required information: 

- Name and surnames
- Institution or department
- City
- Full address
- Telephone/Fax/e-mail
- Special needs (wheelchair, etc.)

Registration Fees:

Once registration fees are paid, a receipt of the bank transfer should be sent to the Secretary of the Congress:
