#CICEvent | “Investigative journalism in sports”, a conference by Adrià Soldevila

Last October the 26th, Adrià Soldevila, Cadena Ser’s correspondent in FC Barcelona, held the conference  “Investigative journalism in sports” to the students of the Communication and Cultural Industries degree. The masterclass took place within the framework of the subject “Sports Communication”, taught by professor Núria Casas.

The main topic of the conference were the investigative sports journalist’s tasks and responsibilities. Soldevila started from his own professional experience so as to reflect on the role of the sports information professional. A notable aspect of the talk were the references to case Negreira and Barçagate, scandals which Soldevila himself investigated.
