Contributions

Contributions must be sent before May 31^st 2016 using the two formats offered on the website:

• oral communication 
• poster. Maximum size (and recommended size): 80 cm x 120 cm (width by height).

The website will automatically acknowledge receipt.

Before June 15^th, the Scientific Committee will communicate the acceptance or non-acceptance of proposals to the corresponding authors.

Please note the following recommendations:

• Oral communications will last approximately 15 minutes, 10-12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for questions.

• Presentations in Spanish will be accepted, although the use of English (due to the international character of the congress) is recommended. Abstracts must be sent in English.

• Each participant can present one oral contribution as first author only (except for the contributions presented at symposia).

• Contributions presented at symposia will last around 20 minutes, including time for discussion.

• It is recommended that the text of the posters be in English. Soon more information related to its format will be given.
