Objectives

- Gain knowledge and skills for the process of strategic decision-making required in professional marketing activity.
- To analyse the processes of change in the macroenvironment, studying sources of information (environment and market) with the aim of planning actions and processes for the marketing plan.
- Apply professional ethics and carry out all procedures in the workplace in a sustainable manner.
- To design marketing strategies while preserving compliance with the SDGs.
-To understand the relevance of consumer behaviour and to create a business model that satisfies consumer needs.
- To analyse the variables that determine marketing campaigns to better suit the consumer, choosing the right suppliers and depending on competition.
- To consider the impact of designing new products based on dialogue with the consumer.
- Define objectives, design strategies, and plan and implement actions consistent with the business plan, to create value for the company.
- To learn to assume leadership responsibilities in organizational settings, demonstrating a capacity for decision-making in the day-to-day management of a marketing/sales department.
- To define and implement the company's strategic marketing and sales plan.
